    Yes, I spent quite a bit of time looking at the church roofs of Bolzano.

    BTW is there a German or Italian term for that pattern of tiled roof - my starting point for research was Stephansdom in Vienna but couldn't get much beyond "glazed tiles"?

    BTW II - I strongly recommend drinking some Muri-Griess Lagrein while you are there.
