Is this the new border fence between Finland and Russia? But I struggle with the exact location.
    Another clue would be great

Pretty wide off the mark. I think the pic quality got sized down when I uploaded them. There was supposed to be a brand name here that would’ve perhaps helped.

    ^ That wasn’t a clue btw.

It won’t be bad even if takes you twelve months to solve.

I was looking to see if it was one of your racing circuits but can't identify which one so I'll say Kymi Ring roget the ball rolling.

The radomes at Fylingdales were replaced by a tetrahedron structure in the early '90s, so unless it is a very fortuitous old image I'm guessing some other radar station.

I don’t see myself visiting Russia anytime soon. Also, if you look at the landscape you’ll see I can’t be on those latitudes. Much closer to Raatteen tie, but not there either.

After underlining the clues I won’t give you a whole coconut but I’ll let you sample mine. I was there indeed.

Well done for initial deductions. Oyster farming country indeed. The building above the watch was a tidal mill, if it helps.
This is a slightly different angle (the mill is on the left)

I think that's Wat Phra Keaw (temple of the Emerald Buddha) in Bangkok.

42 degrees today in Chiang Mai! Like opening the oven door!

If not it's part of the Grand Palace in Bangkok.

As has been said it’s revived an old building - it’s great for a pint or 2 in the summer on the upper terrace overlooking the sea
