    Great expectations, poor execution

BrewDog Layer Cake - chocolate and marshmallow stout.

7% of wonderfully packaged loveliness. Jet Black Heart was amazingly good.

    Layer Cake, not so much.

Tastes awful and was poured down the sink.

Also, Coming 2 America. Loved the original. Dire follow up.

I saw this and thought it was a thread about Charles 1

I’ve had it a few times, and liked it.

As noted previously, Warwick, and latterly Weston Super Mare added to the list. Could try harder.

    Love this comment.

    Erudition and humour. Good combination.

In that case I recommend you try Brasso, similar taste and a bit cheaper.

    Good point, well made.

Talking of failures may I suggest box junctions? Surely a good idea in practice but in reality designed to raise revenues.

I quite liked it. Just had a couple of tins to ease the way for an out of date pizza.
I do have weird tastes though, sort of stems from my love of Lao food that my wife cooks.

I’ll pass on the Brasso, hate the smell of it as I was always forced into cleaning moms brass things when I were a lad.

I find a lot of Brewdog's offerings - rather extreme and clumsy in flavour.

A lot of them, although id highly recommend Triple Hazy. 4 of them and you'll be able to see round corners
