    Chuck Patek in there too.
Personally I think itís different enough from all of them to not be the blatant rip off something like a Cadisen is and to be itís own animal.

    I kinda like these.

Funny how some people start making angry Genta-noises around every octagonal bit of casework that surfaces. I mean, this is a £300 quartz fashion piece that drops most of the features that make the classics so damn ugly, albeit at the price of becoming a mite forgettable.

And St. Gerald was hardly the first after-all...

    etc...

And there's always someone making something uglier...

    £200,000...

The Automatic versions uses the Seiko SII NH35, so a calibre that's respectable enough, and used in other micro brands such as Unimatic, Dan Henry and Zelos.

I too quite like it in a guilty-pleasure sort of way. Not sure on the brand name though - sounds like a cheap motel on the autostrada.

Just released an internal-bezel diver, too, which I'm quite taken with. ~£420, NH35.

Spoke to a local AD and the Swiss distributor has stopped importing anything from D1.

They described them as enjoyable to wear, and have only had positive feedback, but that they should not compared with a Swiss made watch, but as a trend/design watch. A 30% discount is available, but unfortunately only on what they still have in stock, the quartz model UTB01 or the automatic Skeleton SKBJ01.

But there may be similar discounts available in the UK, and this bit of info may help with that.

Oh dear, "fashion brand" is a sure kiss-of-death!

I tend to look at stuff like this as a microbrand - affordable, negligible retained-value, uncertain longevity of brand/goods, fun to own - which I suppose ultimately boils down to much the same thing!
