    SOTC - a busy month!!

After finally getting my hands on a 1983 16660 Matte dial, which is now fitted with the 97200. I have finally got my hands on a rather lovely 1968 1675 Pepsi, fitted with an original and faded red insert.
Absolutely over the moon with the pairing, love it on the brown strap, I also have the original folded oyster bracelet.

I’ve also had my 50th Anniversary Puma Bremont delivered a month or so ago, all round a busy couple of months on the watch front! I’m happy to have made the change from more modern Rolexs to the older stuff.

Superb brace of Rolex! Do you think you will stick for a while now or twist? Well done catching those two.

Definitely sticking with them. Once the 16710 has sold I’ve got a mint, full box and papers with originally sales receipt etc etc 16600 to sell and then I’m done!

Have to say I find the vintage Rolex far more interesting and appealing than the modern. Great pair of watches. I know others will disagree but I'd much rather have those two than anything Rolex currently produce.

Lovely pairing indeed and that 666 is stunning!

I love vintage, but historically my head ends up making them too precious and I subsequently don’t wear them daily as they should.

Don’t be like me, wear them, enjoy them!
