I’ve had similar with a Rolex warranty repair a few years ago…a simple ‘it is fixed’, no more details or any indication of what was done.
After many months of watching and waiting, I have finally managed to join this forum.
During that time I bought a Tudor Black Bay 41. I noticed that is was not running correctly and managed to get it back to an AD. Four months then passed by without any updates at all, apart from the fact that Tudor said it would be a warranty repair. When it was finally returned to me a week or so ago, it just arrived in Tudor watch pouch and in a Rolex service box. No paperwork at all to confirm what had been done to. Is that normal?

Thanks for that. Even the AD didn't seem to know if it was normal and was trying to find out. Not a good start really, but see how it goes etc ...
When I sent a Rolex back for a warranty issue it came back with paperwork stating "movement correction" along with new sapphire for a dodgy cyclops.
Might be worth giving Rolex Kent a quick call if you're concerned.
