Figure of speech lol. I bought a gulf ticket lanyard and got Pav to adapt/attach it onto a strap for me. I never wear it tbh but it is cool.

This is fantastic. Imagine this happening a decade ago - Ron Dennis would have been more likely to get a tattoo and join a morris-dancing troupe than have his cars decked out in anything which intruded upon the Corporate integrity of his favoured "50 Shades of grey" livery.

McLaren have not only the coolest driver lineup on the grid right now, they also have (for Monaco at least) the best colour scheme.
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

I was thinking about Gulf petrol stations the other day (as you do) and I was wondering why they aren't exploiting their amazing brand.

Their stations are quite moribund. If they stocked model 917s or GT40s or you could gain tokens towards a model, I'd be visiting them more often.

Much better than most of the boring liveries used nowadays.

Watching them race as we speak. They look great on TV. Again, let's keep this livery.

Great to see the Gulf Colours back so iconic, pity it was in the most crapiest race on the calendar, first to the first corner the winner, not one overtake barr blue flag situation.
