As a fan of Sam the cooking guy I’d love a evo affinity flat top.
Need to start saving!
Wanted one of these for a while, cannot source the Blackstone version in the UK, so have just ordered one of the Uniflame ones from Asda George which appears very similar and has excellent reviews. Not a replacement for a gas or charcoal BBQ as I use both, but an alternative for a quick outdoor cook up when we have a few friends around. Lots of YouTube videos about them, seem popular in the US. Anyone else use one?

Was looking at one last year but ended up with a regular gas BBQ as I fancied one of the french style ones but they were pretty expensive.
I know you can buy a topper of sorts to turn the regular gas ones into more of a plancher.
Let us know how you get on. Will you need to season the top at all?
Might have to try some smashburgers https://youtu.be/1gSrCeXuYTA

I've been watching the Ballistic Burgers channel on YouTube recently, and this griddle looks good. Will be helpful to hear how you get on.

It's going well, time to cook very good and clean up after a doddle. Actually the courgettes, aubergine and Haloumi were fantastic

That looks great and I’d love a smash burger off of that!
Be careful guys, seriously.

Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
