I could only find Amazon over here, though even some of those are imported from the US and face fees, though that's usually the more unusual sizes.
Otherwise it's importing from the US direct from Barton with the potential customs faff, but they always seem to have discount codes so it may work out cheaper if you're buying multiple.
Amazon UK or direct from Barton, though at the moment it's taking nearly a month for them to arrive from the US of A, buying individually shouldn't attract any customs charges, but more than that probably will.

Only just seen this - ordered direct from Barton in the US just a few weeks ago: took a while to come but no tax or duty was charged on the three straps I got.
"UPGRADE15" discount code gets you 15% off 3 or more straps.
