Never have an issue posting photos although I do on the TZ app as photos need to be resized fist. Not sure why.
On the data mining no idea and probably. Only so much you can expect for £5 per year.

I am becoming increasingly plagued by these annoying noisy crypto card ads suddenly springing in to life at full volume.
Whilst I appreciate that Tapatalk doesn’t work for everyone, so far, it has been good for me to use.
I am finding it difficult to locate where I can subscribe for $5, or £4.89 per year.
Looking at the App-store, it appears to show Tapatalk Pro for £9.99, and if I go through the Tapatalk interface from this forum, I am offered a monthly subscription of £0.99, or an annual of £9.99.
If anyone (Wileeeeey perhaps?) can kindly guide me it would be appreciated.
I only use Tapatalk on my iPhone, and iPad, never on a laptop.

That's weird, I can't see the option at all. The only Tapatalk emails I have are from the App Store and Play Store. On the App Store I bought Tapatalk Pro for £2.99 years ago and on the Play Store I have a £4.89/$5 per year subscription.On the Tapatalk website I can only see the VIP+ and not regular VIP or anything else, quite annoying.Enjoy Ads Free Experience for only $5/year (Tapatalk - 200,000+ Forums) (by Tapatalk Inc.)£4.89/year

When I log in on the Tapatalk site and look at my own profile under badges I can see the option to deselect some VIP and VIP+ badges. I think VIP is what you're after but from the wording I think it's only sold inside the app and I'm not 100% sure if it's still actively being sold. I would email support@tapatalk.com to double check.

I think I’ll do as you suggest, and email the TT support team to see if they can shed any light as to the best way to do it (ie cheapest and most cost-effective for me!).
The crypto card ad is almost as annoying/ intrusive as those WhatsApp clips I receive from mates with the loud girl making noises!

Just to complete my question and Wileeey’s kind guidance, I hit the upgrade button on Saturday, with a month free at £0.99 thereafter.
The day after, all ads and pop-ups have completely vanished!
If they do come back, I’ll update this thread!

PSA for anyone thinking of to upgrading to Tapatalk VIP, it’s currently on offer @ £4.99 per year instead of the usual 9.99. I’ve done it and the annoying ads are indeed a distant memory
I've been using Safari for years to browse TZ in full page mode. At £4.99 for the year, I'm going to give tapatalk a go.
