    Vostok ticking

    No worries mate. There really seems to be a glut of dodgy (dodgier than normal anyway) Vostoks coming out of Russia nowadays. I actually picked a small hair out of the gear train on this one!

    I bought a Kommandirski recently and have just notice what I thought at first was a crack in the plexi, but now appears to be a metal shaving which has attached itself to the inside of the glass. Expensive job to sort? It's only an £80 watch after all

    It should be a 2 minute job assuming the metal shaving isn't from somewhere important in the watch :S
