Over the years I have watched it on the TV and when on holiday etc and always fancied trying it, one of my dog walking mates and his wife have been playing for a few years and offered to take me last year but Covid put paid to that so I dident get to go and give it a try until last month and thoroughly enjoyed it, out in the fresh air and actually fun trying to improve with each bowl sent down and pleasant company, what more could you ask for ?

I was very good as a youth (national level) but then stopped. Recently bought some bowls again but not yet rejoined a club. Prob will in the summer. Many pleasant days had in the past.
