    Watch roll recommendation

I need a recommendation for a watch roll.

I just bought a Wolf Blake 3 watch roll BNIB from eBay that arrived today but due to my large wrist the bracelet doesn't do up tight round the cushion meaning the face of the watch is proud of the case so need something with a bit more room.

The best I've found are made by Carapaz, ship from Switzerland. The dual position sliding cushions are fantastic and very similar to Rolex design. Leather is of course genuine (not PU). Overall quality is above Everest IMO. This is the one watchroll you just close and all three buttons snap, no lining them up, effortless. I can't imagine a watch or bracelet size that wouldn't fit in one.

Just "squoosh" it down a bit mate, it'll close (says the guy with a nigh on 8" wrist that keeps a 45mm PO, a 2254 and a 2255 in the same case)

On the Wolf rolls there are two buttons, just use the looser one. I have thighs for wrists and even a DSSD and on one roll I button it loose, on the other I button it tighter.

I will second this. I have a 4 slot one and it’s superb in its design.

Not as fancy as some of the others mentioned, but for £22 delivered with proper 'slide-in' cushions I thought this was a bargain...

Are the Carapaz cases subject to vat?

I bought a brand new one on eBay for a good price but the watch sits proud so the face of the watch is pressing against case which by the sounds of it is just how they are?

I then saw the below thread which looks like a good alternative at a reasonable price with a bit more room inside

Yeah unfortunately this is the case with all Luxembourg/Swiss imports. Add your DHL €10-15 odd processing fee too. I chose the colour but it was gifted to me by my better half last Christmas, think she originally found them on Etsy, she has a better eye for this stuff than me!

I believe she had it shipped to her family in Florida and brought it back in her carry-on. Mad really that it's cheaper to fly something half way around the world twice than across a pond.

I have one of the Kauffman watch rolls on order so looks like the Wolf watch roll will be going back on eBay

+1 for Carapaz here too. I’d like to add a tan roll, but can’t justify it at the moment
