My experience is 2-3 months. Now I send my zenith to STS.

Mine took about 3 months.

Mine was away for 6 months, sent in Nov and only back just a couple of weeks ago.

I agree he's fantastic. I buy Zenith in part because of him.

He's certainly been the guy I've spoken to, he's sorted it today, reduced the repair to zero and will return in 3 weeks
