Fair play Saints and I wish you happiness with your purchase. Sometimes we forget a quality watch is a considerable amount of money and the decision making process hasn't been easy with lockdown.

Indeed, there is always a lot of soul searching with buying such a watch for the first time.

I hope you enjoy the Tudor, itís a great watch,

    Dave

Any reason you want new? There was one on SC for £2600, unworn from Nov 20.

Ah, ok. 0% makes sense...the reason I keep spending so much on watches!

    Enjoy the Tudor!

I think it's not so much that no-one will sell to you but more the self-fulfilling prophecy that you will never buy anything.

Well done - I hope that you enjoy your new watch and best wishes for your 40th next month.

Nope, the "which watch I'm going to buy" pinball will continue and this won't be the last thread.

If he does buy a watch for his birthday I'm sure no one will take the Micky and everyone will be happy for him be it a Swatch, Omega, Tudor or G-Shock.
