    Resistance bands recommendations

One of my bands is beginning to look a bit perished but I cant remember where I bought them - it was some time ago.

Does anyone use any that they have been impressed with - mine have the carabiner clip handles they are single tubes no covers. There is so much s**t on line these days and I don't trust amazon reviews for many reasons.

Any input for quality items would be appreciated . I already have freeweights dumbels etc

    TIA

Thanks Doug - do they use any tubes?

I do prefer tubes with handles.

The don’t, I’ve never used that type. The ones we use are hard wearing and solid but as noted in the review can be slippery when wet. Not a problem if you grip them correctly but they’re obviously quite different to the tube/handle type.

We got these: Eros fitness bands from Amazon. Happy with them as first time with such things.

My wife is a Pilates Instructor. She buys her bands only from the Physical Company. Like you say, there is a lot of dross on the market. She swears by theirs.

    Think I’ve used PhysioRoom before:

I have both the tube type and the bands - actually prefer the bands now, with a set of easy to attach handles and a door jam. They’re a bit more versatile if you want to add progressive resistance to your free weights for example.
