Get it on Practical Classic or one of those similar classic car magazine/sale sites. You'll get sensible offers from people who will appreciate it and either restore or carefully dissect it for parts, I reckon its worth the little bit of extra hassle.
I let mine go for scrap (180 quid) and instantly regretted it, as soon as it went on the trailer I was gutted. Not least because the breaking value alone would have been ten times as much.
