I had both (albeit briefly), and preferred the blue! reluctantly traded it lately... They are very well built and certainly worth the money

Thanks, you’re right about the strap, I thought it would a bit bulky what with the butterfly clasp, but is rather nice.

I’ll go and do it now actually while I’m watching the Leicester match

I’ve tried both and really couldn’t decide between them. Very nearly bought the Blue, was doing some man maths to fund both but in the end bought the Black.
Would say that the Blue is definately more casual, but if you can afford both then that’s the answer !

I ended up with the blue after seeing it in person. Will pick up the black at some point, just a great watch to wear and I’ve not put my GMT on for months.

Really love the watch, reminds me of it’s bigger brother next to it in the pic which I happen to have on today although I did find the crown a bit finicky

I've said this before: the BB58 looks like a 4-digit Sub, wears like a 5-digit Sub with its solid endlinks, and has the tech and refinement of a 6-digit modern watch. I have long loved the big crown Subs, and this is such a lovely homage to those from one of the original manufacturers. I will say I definitely prefer the black over the blue. Not that the blue isn't lovely in its own right, but a blue Tudor Sub should have crown guards in my opinion.
