    Jubilee for Seiko 7548

    Hi Folks,

I’m looking for a Jubilee bracelet for my 7548. Ive tried an Uncle Seiko Z199 with the end links that are supposed to fit but they are an extremely tight fit and I’m also not massively impressed with the clasp which feels very flimsy and not very secure.

I’d prefer something like the clasp that comes on the SKX etc with the added flip lock.

Does anyone have any recommendations of Jubilees and end links that they know for a fact fit on the 7548 case? I’d prefer something lightweight and rattly with a nice taper rather than something massively thick and heavy.

    Cheers!

I use the US Z199 on mine and it fits like a glove and the clasp is solid:

Otherwise, I think the standard SKX jubilee should fit?

If you’ve deep pockets an original Z199
Could you not fit an SKX clasp to the US?

Looks good! Maybe I can try and bend the US end links to see if I can obtain a better (easier) fit. The clasp just seems like it will ping open with the minimum of force.

I shall have a look on e bay for original Z199s.

The Z199 is screw links and the SKX is pins so not able to connect the two.

Unfortunately, the stock jubilee tapers to 18mm and the US Z199 tapers to 16mm at the clasp.

    Cheers folks,

I've done some bending of the US end links and they seem to be a bit of a better fit now.

I’m a big fan of the Uncle Seiko Z199 and have three which I find to be great quality for the price. The end link fit was perfect straight out of the packet for me and I swapped the US clasps for some authentic SQ ones which look the part and feel really secure.

    Cheers

The genuine clasp definitely looks way better. Sounds like I’ve just got some end links that are slightly off.
