Bracelet in the ultrasonic cleaner, head shoved in a bowl of warm soapy water then scrubbed with a toothbrush. Pretty sure that’s the same procedure that the Rolex service centre adhere to...

Great job Dave and as above, nice to see a properly used watch. Beats the desk diving marks on my watches.

Love this! Too many babied examples out there. Proper tool watch used for purpose.

    Absolutely
All mine get the 24/7 treatment. Nothing that can’t be sorted like the OP is doing or when Rolex get it.

Every day for about 5 years or so.
    Managed pretty well.

Super stuff,Dave. Good to see you not being worried about using the watch in the shop.
I do find it amusing when people say things like- using it as it was intended to.
The watch is not intended to do anything- other than what pleases the owner. It is certainly capable of surviving harsh conditions and it is good to see it being proven. But the watch doesn’t come with a manual saying- For using it only in workshop.

Very good to see that you are using the correct Rolex approved green bowl

Theres something deeply pleasing about checking out the amount of gunk and grime that comes out of bracelets.
    Therapeutic.

I get plenty of practise with the old vintage watches I buy.
    Cheers,

Is it just me concerned about the depth of that dish and the hydrostatic force on the watch :)
