They use a Selita SW200 base movement.
I have a few SW200/ETA 2824, I've found they can be quite loud when winding but never noticed the date taking a while to change over but as long as it changes over normally I dont think it would bother me.
After two months of waiting I finally received a replacement for my Oris Diver 65 (42mm) blue dial. The first one I purchased was sent back as the bezel was scratched. I bought the watch brand new from an AD.
Inspecting the watch I've noticed a couple of things. The rotor is a little on the loud side, and also the quick set date takes almost a full revolution of the crown before the date mechanism snaps to the next day.
Any members have similar experience with their Oris 65? I just want to check that both these are just quirks of the watch and not anything wrong with the movement.

I don't have either of these issues. My watch is quiet when winds, and changes date as I would expect.
