Duncan has serviced my Zenith in the past.
Zenith didn't make a great job of servicing my chronomaster moonphase. After the 1st service it lost it's power reserve within a few months. I sent it back and they've put a different rotor in it and didn't return the original, although they did return the old seals. The customer service has been good from Stuart though, it's just the servicing itself that wasn't up to par. Also it was returned in a Tag Heuer service case!
+1 for both Stuart and Duncan. Agree that Stuart in particular is very responsive, but Duncan is probably a safer bet work-wise than the LVMH corporate machine...
However one thing's for sure: neither option is particularly cheap!

Well Stuart does it again. He managed to track down my replaced rotor and sent it to me along with a correct Zenith service box. What great service.
