    Thinking the unthinkable is a term used in safeguarding. Came from a serious case review about abused children. You will often hear it used in safeguarding training when people cannot comprehend (most people) what is done to some children. People are often asked to think the unthinkable.

    The OP really made me laugh and I am stealing that for my next round of training 😄

    It can be a very tense and upsetting group / forum /workshop if you can’t get a message across without some humour at appropriate times. I facilitated a course today with foster Carers dealing with some very serious issues. Haven’t had such a laugh in a long time. Great group....
