I take it that no one wears leather watch straps.
I have a couple of vintage watches in my collection that sit on NATO straps, but would like to change to leather.
The issue that I have is, when is when it's hot and my arm's perspire the leather dye marks my wrist.
My question is. How can I avoid this from happening.
I take it that no one wears leather watch straps.
I wonder if there is something like a leather balm/cream that would help??
Or maybe look at the waterproof leather straps??

No worries,. Was just looking into this a bit more this morning.
Maybe doing something like this will help seal the colour/dye in.

Hirsch makes some rubber straps with leather inserts. Performance models
Leather material never touches the wrist. There's also the carbon patterned model
