Smaller crown on my Smiths Everest expedition

For some reason these days the crown on a lot of watches cause me some discomfort. I’m wondering if anyone could replace the crown with one a little less protrusive and rounder in profile. I really like the watch but after a couple of days wear I’ve had enough

I quite understand. I can only wear watches with smaller, unobtrusive crowns. I have never understood the appeal of the larger onion and conical shape crowns you often see on fliegers and the like.
