Night shift finished, not back until Monday. Time for a cheeky McD's before getting home.

A cold/draughty/noisy day in prospect with a new boiler being installed. Omega 2255 to help me keep track of when we're likely to have hot water again.

I know exactly what you mean - I've got a Zenith Open T and haven't looked at in a year because it seems a bit too dressy to just wear around the house!
    Lovely watch BTW

Arrived yesterday, Steeldive 1975, basically a Tuna with the Kanagawa wave dial.

I was a bit scornful of Steeldive watches, thinking they are just another cheap Chinese knock-off company.

I have been wondering if a Tuna would work for me, but worried about spending a load of cash on one.

Hence this. And I am SO impressed. The quality is amazing for the price. Sapphire crystal, NH35 Seiko movement (hack & handwind), signed crown and clasp, ceramic bezel. The wave on the dial is powerfully lumed, as are the indices and the bezel. Looks amazing when it's lit up.

The strap is ok, solid if a bit sharp-edged, with a brushed pressed steel clasp. Works very well on my Geckota mesh!
