If these are all “recommendations” your friend does not have to have any of these done. I think Breitling are recommending all these to get the watch to “as new” level.
Could just go for the service without all of these extras.
My friend has a 17 year old Breitling SuperOcean Chrono. Breitling and they recommended The Exchange Dial, Exchange Glass, Exchange oscillating weigh and Exchange of Bracelet etc.
Anyone got any recommendations of who could give this a look over and serviced.

Is there any recommendations for a service. I have never had a breitling serviced so have no experience. Omegas yes.

I think some independent watchmaker, with good reputation will do the overhaul without any problems. New, in-house movements are tricky because the lack of spare parts, but 17 years old shouldn't be a problem.
It’s a valjoux 7750 movement - any competent watchmaker should be able to service the movement. No idea if an independent can get the correct seals and gaskets?
This model was my first ‘proper’ watch and the watch I love above all others, and will never ever sell! Love it 👍🏻
So no one got any recommendations on who to use to service this.

Brendan Hooey AKA webwatchmaker repaired and serviced a watch with a 7750 movement for me.he did a first class job promptly and at a reasonable price..i can certainly recommend him,i believe he has experience of Breitlings.

Thank you, I have directed him to Brendan as I have used him for an Omega too.
