New Zenith Defy 21 Felipe Pantone Ltd Ed

Zenith have been warming up to this for the last week or so on social and I think it looks great. They seem to be doing quite a few limited editions of the Defy 21 and I think it’s a great move for the brand.

This one is particularly brave. Limited to 100 pieces it goes on sale on the 15 March.

I think the hands are particularly great, but I understand it won’t be to everyone’s taste.

I do like Zenith and I do like the Defy 21, but I think Zenith are making too many LE of this line. Not for me I’m sorry to say.

googled the artist and see I see where the inspiration came from

I really like the handset, something very different and welcome. I'm not sure the whole thing really ties together though with that grid bezel and waffle strap; it's cheapened rather by those.

Looks like an old TV testcard!

I wouldn’t buy it but I like it.

I quite like it, nice bit of colour on the dial to make it pop

A lot of money for a watch that at first glance is almost illegible.

Yea I must admit that liking it and buying it are two different things. I’m not totally sure what the price will be but based on the other Defy 21 LE models probably around £13k. There are a lot of other watches I’d rather have for that kind of money.

I like it but would never bu one.

As mentioned above, it’s almost impossible to actually tell what time it is for those of us without 20:20 vision!

I like the dial & hands but agree that they should have stopped there and left off the engraved bezel & case. Overall package is just a bit busy for my tastes.
Always great to see these more fun pieces though.

Those hands are absolutely outstanding. Amazing work.

The watch isn't for me - I don't like the Defy range - but phwoor those hands.

Love the Defy range. Like most Zenith watches they make cracking 2nd hand buys.

I think it's fantastically different and unlike others I do think it all hangs together. Only thing I'd change is to remove the FP from the top/front of the case.

Those hands look like they broke and then I glued them together.

Don’t like the hands. Just because you can do this trick doesn’t mean you should.
