I know what you mean, the movement probably isn’t the best ( a Seiko in mine I believe) but I think the aesthetic is almost spot on.

The Swiss auto was to go alongside a Swiss quartz in my other watch, very ocd of me 🤣
They do seem to look the part to me, I also came across Freese watches, pre patina’d, made in the U.K. but dearer, they do look very nice though.
But not very waterproof for some reason?

That's a shame. I was interested in the Hudson 38 midnight blue. Looks great in the pictures I've seen. Poor lume is a bad show for a new diver. Glad I read this thread. Saved me some cash.

Only fair to add that I bought the first version, I think they're up to V3 now. I would imagine they've ironed out the faults by now.

Yes. It is the Gnomon version. I'm very pleased with it. I posted a link a few posts ago.

Helson and Chris Ward tridents come with on-the-fly adjustable bracelets. For me that’s a big plus for comfort and probably be getting a Helson once the one i want is back in stock. It does mean the clasp is chunkier though.
