Thread: Walking shoe recommendations please.

    Hello

AKU have some nice boots and shoes.

They can run a little narrow. I have found them pretty true to size. I have mostly had Brasher (old school ones)

The AKU are a lot lighter and foot friendly right out of the box especially the trainers.

Hear this all the time, but what is true to size? What is the reference shoe/boot or do people use a Brannock device?

On cloud 'cloudstratus' are really comfortable for road walking. Hard wearing also but are expensive.

3 miles on pavement... surely any shoe will do, or am I missing something?

Thanks for the feedback, I'll also look at these others. It's tricky finding suitably-wide fitted footwear. I have many Ecco, but thought I should see what else is out there.

Altberg always worth checking out as well. Broad feet and bunions are a curse.
