A bit harsh to tar all KS watches with the same brush, but very true of some!
It's also pretty amusing

I thought I'd share this as it did make me laugh quite a bit.

Breitling Cosmonaute 809 - What's not to like?
Videos on TZUK have the right hand 1/3 of the frame cut off, and seemingly no way to expand the frame. What am I doing wrong?
Very funny! And terribly true for most of the 'prestige' watch sector!
If there’s one thing all the praise for Steeldive watches shows (I’ll admit I haven’t personally ever seen one in the metal) is how it’s possible to manufacture and sell a perfectly serviceable steel automatic watch on a bracelet with sapphire crystal for £100-£150. Take away the original design, branding and marketing and it appears the rest is pretty cheap. Once you stir in the bronze variants, the fully lumed bezels on some models - and still they come in under £200, it makes you wonder what you are paying for with the ‘luxury sector’

Amusing, but I can't help feeling this should be targeting all of the hundreds of nastyass Z-list "designer" brands who actually make these claims for the generic chinesium tat they peddle - most of which goes to watch-manufacturing "elephants graveyards" like Drop, T.K. Maxx, Secret Sales, &c to die...
I don’t think it is directed against all KS watches or micro brands.
The main target seems to be Filippo Loretti with which it rhymes. And by extension other of the ilk like Vincero,Sturhling and MVMT.
Only thing they missed out was the 'Swiss Made' claim - after all, lots of watches that claim to be 'Swiss Made' seem to have very little to do with Switzerland!
