I think it’s an old pocket watch in a new non Patek case and a contemporary dial. Basically a marriage watch. Not something I’d buy. Surprised with such good feedback his description is so crap though.

Wrong case for such an old movement, I suspect. Nothing inherently wrong about that, on my view, as long as it isn't being passed off as the original. I have an old PP 70 movement. It is very small 7''', and pretty basic, sort of like that movement, but jewelled to the centre.
