    Hiking boot insoles

I’ve done a quick search and while there are plenty of boot threads, the only insole thread I’ve found is now 8 years old, so hopefully someone on here can point me in an up-to-date direction for some new ones.
The insoles that came with my trespass boots were raising up the heel of my foot so I’ve taken them out. I tried wearing them with no insoles at all but that is a no go, so I’m after a decent pair that will be a good snug fit and won’t slide backward under my foot and up my heel.
    Cheers.

    +1 Superfeet Carbon.

A very thin insole with a carbon blade.
Perfect for hiking boots or indeed for trainers in summer as they have a very low profile.

My wife suffers with a bit of achilles tendinopathy (pain in her heel bone). She uses Superfeet insoles in her running shoes and has no issues with her heel pain after running.

She describes them as 'supportive and comfortable' to use as opposed to 'soft and squidgy' like some of the other brands she has tried. She would recommend them.
