Help needed - Citizen Aqualand Promaster C0023

    Hello TZ community,

I have a rather special request for one of my treasures. As you can see I am a bit of a Citizen Promaster Aqualand. My early example (with the screws) has stopped functioning and Citizen Switzerland say they cannot repair it

Would you know anybody who could help reviving this one....??

As a diver this watch has cult status, not only because it was featured in one of my favopurite movies but also because it was and still is used by real divers.

I also miss a screw....(not only in my Citizen...)

Thank you all in advance for your help

    Cheers,
    Serge

Hopefully something simple like batteries. Beast of a tool. Took mine to the bottom of Ragged staff pool inside Gibraltar. Registered 43m on that dive. Best dive watch ever.

I’m surprised they still support this model - so maybe not
Did you try a full reset (with new batteries)
Crown right out and depress all 3 buttons
Had quite a few of theses - love them but the JP is much more reliable

One battery does the quartz mvmt and two batteries do the digital display.

If no batteries have leaked normally the digital side works and it's the quartz side that stops or the seconds hand judders. It means the mvmt needs a clean and oiling.

Has yours gone completely dead, both quartz and digital?
