Sounds good but criminals have found an old but effective way to disable it!
Possibly safer for the general American populace than its flesh and blood counterpart.

It can pull you over for doing nothing , make you wait while it checks whether you own your own car , lie and intimidate you to give it information you don’t have to and shoot you in the head if you complain and you’re not white ... basically everything the human equivalent does
