Maybe a vintage Sicura? It might not be a pure chrono as the machined area behind the pushers looks the same size as the crown. It may be a diver case with an internal bezel and simple one button chrono function. If you look up Sicura 'Chronograph' and/or 'Diver' you may find a matching case design.
