Human league Reproduction
I'm trying to date a photo and reckon this will give me a clue.
I think it's an album cover and I will know it when you tell me what it is.

marchingontogether!
The picture's shocking & won't enlarge clearly on my basic software.
Is it Julian Cope? Possibly 'Skellington' or 'World Shut Your Mouth'?
______
Jim.
Hard to se do you know what decade?
looks bit like Jan Kuehnemund from the Vixens or maybe Stevie Nicks?
Looks more like Tiffany to me !
Cheers

Ralph Waldo Emerson: We ask for long life, but 'tis deep life, or noble moments that signify. Let the measure of time be spiritual, not mechanical.
Bon Jovi T shirts often looked like that in the 80s.
Looks a bit like Peter Frampton
If it's any help, it's from 1990.
Initially I wanted to know the t-shirt so I could date a photo but someone actually in the photo has dated it. Now I just want to know what the t-shirt is because it's bugging me.
There seems to be a message in red capital letters across the top. And the person in the photo appears to have one of those Alien facehuggers attached. Perhaps it's Ripley.
In all seriousness one of the Heart sisters looked a bit like that.
Can you find a smaller picture?

Breitling Cosmonaute 809 - What's not to like?
80's rock. I'd have put money on Guns n Roses, Van Halen, Poison....
Poison always had a green logo, I can't find anything similar from Guns n Roses, Van Halen all look to be very black and white but there is this Bon-Jovi one that's pretty close (it's obviously not this exact design, but it's very similar), they used a red logo too;
Janice Lynn "Jan" Kuehnemund was an American lead guitarist who founded the all-female hard rock/glam metal band Vixen, acording to google image search ??
The pic is a bit blurry, looks like a body with a pigeon head on it to me.
I’m very much a child of the hair band era but struggling, could be anyone male or female!
First thought was Kip Winger then David Coverdale (the wording is kinda Whitesnake) but nah wrong spy on both.
Kylie
I'm thinking David Coverdale and could almost be Bon Scott but probably not if already dated to 1990. The picture is so poor that it could be male or female and having tried to make out the clothing I'm tempted to go with female.
Looking at that nose it’s either Slipknot or Barry Manillow
Elton John and Eminem?
Think it's too early for Eminem's Stan.
Wondering if it might be a film. A Nightmare on Elm Street?
My shout is Sammy Hagar?

Difficult to tell, it could almost be any band from the 80s. Any hint on genre? It could Pat Metheny the Jazz guitarist with Lyle Mays over to the left.
Is it the famous pianist Les Dawson? It could equally be Rose West.

Lita Ford ?
Is it John Craven? Before Newsround, obviously.

It does look like Lorraine Lewis of Femme Fatale, I wouldn’t say Vixen as they were a band and just having one of the band members on a t-shirt would be unusual, and if it was it would have probably been lead singer Janet Gardner.

My first guess was Europe, with Joey Tempest's blonde mane - but then I cannot find the picture going through Google pictures of the band, so it's probably not correct.
Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things too.
I’ve spent way too long looking at this.
I think I agree with the thoughts above that it’s probably a Whitesnake T shirt.
It’s got David Coverdale’s poodle hair, self satisfied pouty posture and the logo looks right.
To the OP: c'mon, you need to give us the best resolution version of the picture you have. Put it on a decent scanner and upload it again.
I don't have the photo unfortunately. I'll try and grab a better copy but it won't be much better.
I don't think it's Whitesnake. I might be wrong but I think they would either have the Snake itself or the whole band (although if this is an unofficial t-shirt sold outside a venue they wouldn't have had that control, I suppose).
Also, when I first saw it my thought was that it was something well known and obvious that I just couldn't remember but if it was well known and obvious one of us would have got it by now. I'm resigned to the fact that we may never know.
Is this any better?

My first thought when I saw the original picture was Steven Adler; the original G N' R drummer. Why there would be a T Shirt with just him on it I cannot explain, so probably highly unlikely to be correct.
The technical tools fail because of the low resolution. I get all kind of animals and patterns in return.
I thought immediately that it was Europe/Joey Tempest, but not so sure anymore. I also don't think Viper's guitar is correct. Still not sure if there is a second face to the lower left of the main face?
It's not Status Quo is it?
The smaller figure in front looks like they have a ponytail.
