I believe the CCJ will have lapsed. But I can see no harm in making the court aware.
Belt and braces etc..
A lady friend and former colleague was subject to a County Court Judgement in 2011 ref. an alleged debt owed by her to her former partner. Following the County Court Judgement she has been repaying the alleged debt at the rate of £25 per month ... but which would never cover the accrued interest plus the original alleged debt.
Long story short the two parties today signed an agreement in full settlement and in 'consideration' of an agreed £payment the alleged debt is now cleared.
Now the question:
Given that the County Court Judgement was made in 2011 i.e almost 10 years ago, is there now any obligation for either party to advise the County Court of the agreed settlement?
