My Certina given to me in 1971 by my Grandfather. Never seen another one, I’d love to know more about the watch and the movement as I’ve not been able to find any information on it.

Even though I own the Helson turtle 'mango' and it ticks all the right boxes, I am inexplicably drawn to selling it and buying the Certina DS Super PH1000M re-issue. The dimensions are the same, the only difference would be the wording on the dial. What a strange hobby this is.
Could anyone tell me where I could source a beads of rice bracelet with fitted endings for my PH200m.

Loving the pics - those Helson ones are ace. The new ones are about 4mm thinner and seem to lack the ridge around the bezel. Not sure if I could commit to an orange dial as can’t usually see beyond black. But then it is the iconic one…

Can anyone give me advice on what certina has the best lume? My ph500 was long lasting but a bit insipid in brightness
Tbf I compared against an Orange Monster and a Seamaster sword hand.
I’ve had 3 certina’s and sold them on. So I’d like to get one that sticks with me

I have a couple of Certina DS Action 43mm Powermatic 80 dive watches at the moment.
Both with the newer ceramic bezels.
The top one is titanium and weighs 123 grams. The other is stainless and weighs 191 grams.
Wasn’t keen on the lighter weight. But things are changing fast.
