Sinn make a few LHD watches I believe
Larger watches where the crown hits the back of the hand when you bend the wrist tend to lead to a little red rash. My Smiths 36mm watches are a good solution for that.
Recently, though, I bought a very nice Tudor BB 41 (steel bezel) and both the bracelet (clasp area) and the crown have caused a flare up. Took about a week to manifest. So annoying.
Could a solution be to buy a Pelagos LHD? Titanium, with the added benefit of having the crown on the wrong side.
Any other suggestions for a 40mm+ TI LHD watch?
(sorry, can mods pls move to Watch Talk?).

Another thought, if you get a non-date watch, it is (mostly) very simple to convert it to a leftie, any watchmaker can do it in a matter of minutes.
Provided the movmeent is one that has symmetrical dial feet locations (this is most movements).
I mention this as I have just got myself a no-date titanium Scurfa Diver one (epic value watches), and am considering converting it to a leftie, as I am left-handed but wear a watch on my left wrist.
Also, I am not sure, but someone mentioned before that Pelagos uses an SS caseback, even if the rest of the watch is Ti........

Dave, for some reason the case backs aren’t a problem for me. I’m normally fine with steel buckles too, maybe the bracelet clasp was digging in a bit, there’s no on the fly adjustment - another advantage of the Pelagos.
I have looked at the sinn’s and am currently falling down a Panerai shaped well.
Maybe try some heli tape on the surfaces that cause your skin irritation?
some folks have recommended Paragon Tapes (for scratch protection)

In conjunction with an LHD watch, that's gotta do the trick?
Is this supposed to be in TF Watches?

Unfortunately, yes, the Pelagos’ caseback and clasp are steel. It’s incredibly frustrating for those of us with an allergy to the nickel in stainless steel (over 10% of the population). And it’s why I haven’t bought a Pelagos.
The Oris TT1 Titan (forerunner to the Aquis) was available in all-titanium. And the TT1 Titan’s crown is at 4 o’clock to prevent it digging into the back of your hand. It’s an excellent watch. But you have have to hunt around Chrono24 and eBay to find one.
