The ‘wood’ isn’t the best. It feels very solid but I’d maybe go for the black or one of the different woods they offer as it does feel very artificial. It’s a solid little box though.

Got the email today, order #1426 due tomorrow.
Been looking at the PRS 25 for some time, my only other watch is my much loved and used Omega, a 21st birthday present in 1975.
The idea is the Omega gets some TLC and will eventually go to my grandson. Will the PRS-25 be up to the job as a character replacement daily wear?

Just got my Gilt dial and I have to say it's even better in the flesh than I imagined. It's just stunning!

I haven't receive any cancellation e-mail, is it mean there is still hope?

Oh I thought Eddie capped it at 200units order, anything exceeded that will be cancelled.
Can you send me where Eddie mentioned this.

In all the melee on mad Sunday has anyone had any success ordering via their phone. Or are computers needed to keep pace with the frenzy.

Is where Eddie mentioned the reason for the 200 cap. Apparently Shopify did prevent sales of items not in stock like Roman Cart used to do which was the main reason why orders had to be cancelled.

Others are likely quicker on their phones but I lost out on the previous round while trying to purchase an Everest on my phone; was successful this month on my computer with multiple tabs open (wanted a strap at the same time) and completing the purchase with full-size keypad, etc. So sample size = 1 for the proposition that computer is better.

Obviously worth the wait, though - the redesigned black-dialed Everest 36mm is fantastic.

The latest episode of the Worn & Wound podcast is about buying watches online:

    https://wornandwound.com/podcasts/th...atches-online/

Timefactors is not mentioned, but it sounds like a lot of microbrands are having to contend with unreasonable demands and expectations, with instant sellouts, profiteering, and irrational internet outrage.

Eddie, thanks for putting up with all that, and for working 12-hour days and weekends to get our orders out as fast as possible. Your watches are fantastic, and you are going above and beyond to get them to us. Like someone else pointed out here recently, that is real customer service. This is not just a business to you, obviously.

I am excited to see what you come up with next. If I am not quick enough to get my order in, I will just have another go at it when the shop opens again.

    Thank you!

Wait there is an asthetic black dial redesigned version?
    Is there pic of it?
