Looking for a rubber notched watch strap that goes from 20mm at the lugs then widens out to 22mm. Can anybody point me in the right direction as my Google Fu is failing me.....or it's the beers😁

I would second this
I have a 281 in green and 295 in black both notch to 20mm lug width from around 22mm
Both are super comfortable and both look great. They are fantastic quality as well.
An alternative is a 306 which will be the lug width and the slim down to around 2mm narrower, they come with Marathon SARS as standard.
(I also have a number of 328s in single colours and camo - I am BC addict)

German brand "Bear" do a notched silicone range called "Pilot" with black, white, orange, red or blue stitching options.
