First, take the battery out in case it leaks.
Second have a word with Paul at Electric Watches https://electric-watches.co.uk/
He will give you an honest opinion.
I have this Omega Electronic f 300 hz in decent cosmetic condition complete with original bracelet the only problem is its a non runner, a couple of years ago I paid a TZ member a few quid to have a look at it and he said he thought It needed a complete new movement.
So basically is it worth spending the money on which I imagine won't be cheap or put it in a draw and forget it ?
Thanks.

To be honest the watch is probably worth more for parts, if its the case I’m thinking of with 19mm lugs the bracelet would fetch a few £££.
I don’t get involved with these because parts have been v. difficult to source for years. Simon Freese might be able to help, or STS, but this won’t be cheap.
In that case most cost effective solution could be finding a banged up one and nicking the movement out of it.
Good luck
