Which cheap or free cad dwg viewer

I have been using the Autodesk online viewer but i could do with a downloadable program, i dont mind paying but i dont need a full 2d cad package.
I do need to mark up drawings

Have you tried DWG True View ? You can download it from here :

Autodesk has a free online viewer. I use it all the time! Quite browser/processor intensive, mind.

Edit: oops, saw you'd been using it. Try bluebeam for marking up drawings/DWG.

Draftsight is very AutoCad like & costs £99 a year: there is a 30 day trial version.

I am trying the Trueview and to mark up the drawings., i am using design review but the drawings wont open it say i have to have trueview installed which i have.
