It’s a cheap way to try a bronze watch if you are on the fence on the idea like me. It does look a quality watch for the money.
I am not sure it would get the wear it requires to generate the patina I would like which is the full on verdigris look.
Will be interesting to see how it develops

Amazing price for what appears to be a nice watch with a solid movement.

A great looking piece at that price. I am wondering what case back it has?

Apparently a few hours in a solution of red wine vinegar, salt, and "Miracle Grow" plant food will give you an all-over blue-green patination to the bronze. Bear in mind that however you do it, the patina itself won't be terribly hardwearing, so it'll tend to wear-off a bit on contact areas.

Should caveat that I've not tried this myself!

Stunning! Not currently available at the UK site. I think that strap suits it perfectly.

for now, although i'm not a nato fan generally, i tend to find being a portly gent with gorilla wrists a nato either slips about or looks like it's cutting off blood supply.
in reply to the caseback query - here 'tis!

Bonkers value for £150 - and the speed Steel dive churn out the various variations is fast. Enjoy!

I think that NATO suits it well too, acknowledging what you said about them.
