I'll put forward the Eterna Tangaroa grey dial with blued hands.
No longer a current model but as Eterna isn't a popular brand (madness) there are plenty about NOS at deep discounts.
At 42mm possibly a little on the large side for some in the context of a dress watch but modern tastes have changed.
Also available is a more complex chronograph / moonphase version but I like the simplicity of the 3 hander.
