Seiko spring bars - micro adjust

I have a samurai bought for me for Xmas and was trying to adjust the micro adjust

    It’s a sprig at I believe?

Anyway - the blasted thing wouldn’t have it and shot off into the abyss

Is it a standard sprigbar that I’ll pop into replace for this (what seems to be) crucial part of the mech?

My eyesight is poor for close work - or do I need to order a specific thing?

Any advice appreciated as have another two watches to adjust!

It's usually a standard springbar that goes in the clasp.

You might recover your spring bar by sweeping a big magnet all over the floor. As the diameter of the tips varies I'd say you would need a bit of luck to find one that fits the holes perfectly.

The Seiko one seemed to not be “springing” hence the issue

I’ll have a bash with what I have, I have a few Seiko that I can “pull” on

    Appreciate the comments - thanks
