Just watching Selfless on Netflix and it heavily features a Pam 351.

Ryan Renolds character uses it to remind him to take medication as it has an alarm. I was just curious, do they really have alarms?

I think it adds a bit of balance to the dial and its not that intrusive, not having a cyclops.
