    Jubilee for a DJ (aftermarket)

    Hi all,

Anyone know of a decent jubilee to fit a DJ? Mine has the correct Rolex version, but I'd be quite keen to not damage it, but love the feel of the jubilee.

    Many thanks.

Just wear it on the Rolex bracelet and enjoy it! Why would you be worried about damaging the bracelet and not the watch?! That’s madness

I've been wearing my Datejust on it's Jubilee bracelet since I bought it, without any problems. I bought it in 1984.

Polished up with a lint free cloth the puka Jubilee bracelet glints and sparkles in the light, it’s beautiful, why would you want to put some cheap tat on

The bracelet has been refurbished, looks like new. I’m most worried about scratching up the clasp.

Sorry can’t help with an aftermarket band but I have seen protective stickers that can go over the band and the clasp. Maybe these are an option. What about changing the band for a rubber version or something else, leather maybe. Could you consider buying a second band as a spare.

In my opinion, you can’t replace the band for a replica or aftermarket version, otherwise what is the point of even wearing the watch itself.

Most would say just wear it and enjoy. Or put it away...

I've put a bit of sellotape over the clasp. Problem solved.

Bravo! Better than a substandard replacement.
