Bought my first high end watch over 20 years ago and I reckon I've flipped 50 watches. Never had a GS. This video (and seeing them in real life) makes me think I should try one!
I'm not the biggest fan of the channel, but they got this one right. Absolutely stunning (watches) pictures.

I’ve had my first GS for about a three weeks now and am pretty amazed at it as are the people that have seen it. I couldn’t give you the model number without looking at the paperwork but it’s a 37mm heritage automatic. To me it seems a totally different watch to the quartz models I was looking at in Japan 2 years ago as I was totally indifferent to them for some (strange obviously!!) reason.
I had a GS and Tudor Black Bay. The finishing, dial, hands and indices on the GS were light years ahead of the Tudor.
Their weak point is the strap and clasp IMO
SBGR251, Mark. It’s a truly spectacular watch in look and performance.

I first discovered GS over 6 years ago and went with one of their manual wind models. Sold after a few years to fund another purchase.
Missed the fine work on their dials, hands and indices a lot and picked up the Sky flake Spring drive last summer!

Ooooh I like that SBGK005 and the later models!
Diver's are my thing, and I would love to try one of the GS dive watches. Sadly no AD in this last outpost of the empire so a journey to the smoke would be required to get a proper goosey.

THanks for posting OP - I have had three GS (all quartz) and it has not only reminded me of how good they were, but some of the models featured in the video are on the next level. Wow.
Thanks OP, great film.
I only have one Grand Seiko, but I do love it.
It's the iconic Snowflake
Great video, thanks for sharing.
Makes me proud to own a Snowflake and an SBGK005.
It also makes me really want some Sushi!
